- 100% First School of Choice.
- 100% Scholarship success.
We are a non-selective school with a ‘value added’ focus. Each child enrolled at Burton Hathow undergoes a baseline assessment when they arrive. This allows us to closely monitor their progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure they remain on an upwards trajectory. Pupils leave the school with high academic achievements alongside their personal development as individuals. The pupils’ 11+ pass results are high, and the vast majority go on to the school of their choice – often with scholarships.
We carefully monitor progress at an individual level, as well as at a school level, and are constantly striving to improve our practices and our students’ experiences. Our attention to detail is evident in the excellent results that our pupils achieve and the fantastic inspection reports that we attain.
Our 11+ results can be variable and not all of our children will be destined for grammar school. We are non-selective in all of the opportunities we offer to our pupils and work closely with our parents and pupils to find the right ‘next steps’ school for their child.
