Following this visit, older children are invited to spend a taster day at the school and are able to participate in a number of both academic and creative lessons. In some cases, children’s Maths and English skills will be assessed to ensure that the school is able to meet the needs of each child. Every child will have the opportunity to speak to the Head Teacher about their visit, and parents will also be invited to meet with the Head Teacher or Deputy Head to discuss how their child has settled in.
For nursery children, following your school visit, two members of the nursery team will come to your home to meet your child and introduce themselves prior to the taster session. They will use this as an information gathering opportunity so that they know all of your child’s individual needs and preferences.

A non-refundable registration fee of £100 is payable upon application, and a deposit of £250 is payable upon acceptance of a place at Burton Hathow.
