Friday the 8th of March Burton Hathow celebrated its first Share a Skill Day.

Students had been asked to send in videos and photos of their skills and talents for everyone to watch in assembly on the Friday morning. They were also invited to showcase their skills on the Friday afternoon in front of most of the school.

We got to see a plethora of skills including the electric guitar, how to place somebody into the recovery position, how to roller skate backwards, some karate manoeuvres, a rendition of Walking in the Air, a magic trick, some outdoor activities as well as some skiing, football and rugby tutorials. Many thanks to all the students for their enthusiasm, creativity and confidence in sharing their talents in front of a large audience. We can’t wait for Burton Hathow’s Got Talent next term.
